Owner and Executive Chef Mark Reggiannini adheres to simplicity when cooking his French Bistro inspired food. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked as Sous Chef at Jean Georges Vongerichten’s Mercer Kitchen in NYC before arriving in Telluride. Favorite menu items include appetizers – Ahi Tuna Carpaccio, and Seared Deep Sea Scallops and main courses – Coq au Vin and Grueye and Arugula Stuffed Chicken Breast.
